Listen To A Podcast
There are many podcast providers on the internet who offer apps that you can download onto your phone. Go through their listings and find a podcast that interests you. There are literally hundreds of them! A Podcast is a good way to spend your time learning about new things. Not sure where to start? Here are a few options that you can try out.
Learn A New Language
There is nothing more fun than learning a new language. This is one skill that will always come in handy. The Duolingo app offers a large selection of languages that you can learn at your own pace. Another thing that you can do when on a social media detox is exercise! A very convenient way of doing this is by following a tutorial online. There are tons of apps available that you can download onto your phone. And we aren’t talking about a strenuous session like a gym, even a few minutes of exercise and meditation is enough to get you through your day.
