How to Share Google Analytics Reports

There are four ways to share your Google Analytics reports with others.

#1 Get weekly Google Analytics reports by email

#4 Share Google Analytics reports in other file formats such as Excel, Google Sheets, CSV

If you need Google Analytics reports in another format, you can export a report as Google Sheets, Excel file, or CSV format from your Google Analytics account.

To do that, you’ll need to log into your Google Analytics account and navigate to a report you want to share. In the top right corner, you’ll see an Export option. Click it and select the file type you’d like to export. download the report onto your computer.
