EasyWP

EasyWP is Managed WordPress Hosting provided by Namecheap. I’m currently using this EasyWP! I think this is the easiest and most affordable Managed WordPress Hosting on the market. Here is a full review.

Canva

Canva is a free online-based graphic design tool, used to create a wide variety of graphics such as logos, presentations, posters, documents, and more. It’s very easy to use and includes so many free templates, free photography, clip arts, etc. I used to use the free version but upgraded to a paid subscription!

Convertkit

ConvertKit is email marketing for online creators. It’s FREE for up to 1,000 subscribers! My favorite part is tag-based segmentation and auto de-duplication. With ConvertKit, you’ll never send duplicate emails to the same subscriber no matter how many sequences they’re on. Take the free 14-day trial here!

Mailchimp

Mailchimp is another awesome email marketing tool. It’s FREE for up to 2,000 subscribers! It doesn’t have tag-based segmentation and auto de-duplication like ConvertKit, but the most affordable email marketing solution on the market.

Private Email Hosting

To use Mailchimp, you need to register a physical address (I use PO box). PO box prices also vary depending on the rental term you select as well as the USPS location. To use ConvertKit, you need to register a private hosting email address. (I use Namecheap private email hosting) The cheapest plan is $9.50 per year that includes 1 free mailbox, 5GB for emails, and 2GB for files.

Grammarly

Grammarly is a FREE online grammar checker/proofreader. It will help you to write error-free blog posts, emails, reports, presentations, or even social media posts. I use it every day!

Tailwind

Tailwind is a tool for scheduling content on Pinterest and Instagram. It allows you to pin to multiple boards at once on Pinterest. The drag-and-drop calendar is super easy to navigate! Try all Tailwind features for FREE while scheduling up to 100 Pins on Pinterest and 30 posts on Instagram. No time limit on your trial. No credit card needed.

I also use Smart.bio – a tool that allows you to create a personalized landing page on your Instagram profile page. It’s FREE forever.

WPForms

WPForms is a beginner-friendly WordPress plugin that allows you to create a wide variety of forms like contact forms, payment forms, survey forms, newsletter forms, order forms, registration forms, etc. It’s free to download and install. My contact page is built by WPForms and I like it a lot.

MonsterInsights

MonsterInsights is a WordPress plugin that allows you to easily add, customize, and manage Google Analytics on your WordPress dashboard. I really like easy to understand overview report of Google Analytics that MonsterInsights provide, but my favorite part is the headline analyzer and word balance score! It really helps me to create SEO-friendly headlines.

FreshBooks

FreshBooks is a cloud accounting software for small business owners. One of the best Invoicing software I’ve ever known. Expense Tracking, Time Tracking, Project Management, and Team Collaboration All in One, etc. FreshBooks offer FREE 30 days trial, no credit card required.
